The job
You're assigned to a client, you learn their routine, and you keep it going. Most shifts are two to six hours.
Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Safe transfers and walking support so clients don't fall.
Cooking, light housekeeping, laundry, and errands.
Conversation and routine for clients who live alone.
Watch for hazards and report changes to your supervisor.
Log your visit at the end of each shift. Phone-based, takes a minute.
Requirements
No certification needed to apply. If you've worked as a CNA, home health aide, or in a residential facility, that experience transfers directly.
Short application, about five minutes.
