What we do
Personal Support Specialists handle the daily tasks that make independent living possible — the things a family member can't always be there for.
Bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene, handled with dignity and privacy.
Safe walking, standing, and transfer assistance to reduce fall risk at home.
Meal planning, cooking, and feeding assistance built around dietary needs.
Consistent presence and monitoring for clients at risk of falls or wandering.
Light housekeeping, laundry, and errands that keep the home livable and safe.
Scheduled relief for family caregivers, and real conversation for clients living alone.
Who we work with
You're managing a parent's care from across town — or across the country.
You need a straight answer on capacity before you place a referral.
You have an authorization for personal care and need an agency to staff it.
How it works
Four steps. Most clients are receiving care within a week of the initial call.
Tell us the town, the hours authorized, and the kind of help needed. Two minutes.
We check funding and caregiver availability in that area, then call you back.
A supervisor visits, builds the care plan, and matches a caregiver to the client.
Shifts start on the agreed schedule, with supervisor check-ins during the first month.
Careers

Questions
Often, yes. Personal care is covered for clients with an approved authorization. If you're not sure whether a client is eligible, call us and we'll walk through it with you before any paperwork.
For clients with approved coverage, there is no out-of-pocket cost for covered personal care hours. For clients without coverage, we offer private pay at an hourly rate — call for current pricing.
All of them. We staff cases statewide, from York County to Aroostook. If you have a client anywhere in Maine, send the referral and we'll tell you what we can do.
Every caregiver completes a background check, Maine Registry verification, and our orientation training before their first shift. Supervisors conduct in-home check-ins and ongoing supervision after care begins.
Most cases start within five to seven days of the first call, depending on the location and the hours requested. If we can't staff a case, we'll tell you on the first call rather than leaving it pending.
Yes. We match one primary caregiver to each client and keep that assignment stable. When your regular caregiver is out, we send a backup who has already been briefed on the care plan.
